Use the Network responsibly and confirm information directly.

By visiting, creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting a listing, or otherwise using the Network, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from them. If you use the Network for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Network or submit information.

The Network offers directory search, saved-resource tools, outreach planning, provider profiles, membership features, and referral connections involving housing, home care, behavioral-health resources, veterans’ services, public-source organizations, and related community resources.

The Network is an information and connection platform. It is not an emergency service, placement agency, medical provider, home-care provider, law firm, government agency, licensing authority, or substitute for professional advice.

Directory information may come from public records, government sources, participating providers, or other sources believed to be useful. Information can become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.

• Contact each organization directly to confirm services, availability, eligibility, cost, licensing, insurance or waiver acceptance, referral requirements, and current contact information.
• A listing does not guarantee admission, service, housing, placement, a referral relationship, or any particular result.
• Inclusion, featured placement, or an approval status does not mean Imagine Me endorses, licenses, certifies, or guarantees an organization unless a specific statement says otherwise.

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

Accounts may not be sold, shared outside an authorized organization, used to impersonate another person or business, or used to avoid plan limits.

You may use the Network only for lawful housing, care, referral, research, and business-relationship purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized content.
• Scrape, harvest, resell, bulk-export, or republish directory data except through a feature or written permission provided by Imagine Me.
• Interfere with security, test vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the Network to spam, harass, exploit, threaten, or discriminate against another person or organization.
• Misrepresent an affiliation, license, approval, referral relationship, or availability status.

Provider-submitted listings are subject to the Listing Standards and administrator approval. Submission or payment does not guarantee publication. Imagine Me may request documentation, corrections, or clarification and may reject, pause, label, or remove content that does not meet the standards.

Providers remain solely responsible for their operations, services, licensing, staffing, advertising, legal compliance, client relationships, and the accuracy of all submitted information.

Paid access is governed by the Membership Agreement. Unless a nonrenewing option is clearly identified, monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until canceled.

Before payment information is collected, the checkout will display the plan, price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation information. By completing enrollment, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges. Cancellation and refund rules appear in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Referral offers are governed by the Referral Program Terms.

The Network’s design, original text, branding, software, organization, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Imagine Me Transition LLC and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you permission to use the Network for its intended purpose but do not transfer ownership.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Imagine Me a nonexclusive license to host, review, format, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the listing and the Network. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content.

The Network may link to or rely on third-party websites, payment services, public databases, and organizations. Imagine Me does not control their content, availability, privacy, security, or services. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.

Imagine Me may limit, suspend, or terminate access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, security concerns, legal risk, policy violations, inaccurate listings, discrimination, misuse, or harm to users or the Network. When practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

The Network is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Imagine Me does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, a minimum number of leads or referrals, placement, enrollment, revenue, or a particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagine Me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Network or dealings with listed organizations. Imagine Me’s total liability for a claim relating to a paid membership will not exceed the amount paid by the claimant to Imagine Me during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Before filing a claim, please email info@imaginemetransition.com so the parties can try to resolve the concern informally.

We may update these Terms as the Network changes. Material changes will apply prospectively, the effective date will be revised, and additional notice will be provided when required. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them.
