1. Who may participate
The referral program is available to paying Network members with an active account in good standing. Imagine Me may limit access while a payment, fraud, eligibility, or policy issue is under review.
2. How a qualifying referral works
- The referring member shares the personal referral link assigned to the member’s account.
- An eligible new member uses that link during enrollment.
- The eligible new member receives $10 off the first successful membership payment.
- After the referred payment is confirmed and remains in good standing, the referring member receives a $10 account credit.
A referral is not complete merely because someone clicks a link, creates an unpaid account, starts but does not finish checkout, or submits a payment that is later declined, refunded, disputed, reversed, or connected to fraud.
3. New-member eligibility
The referred person or organization must be a genuinely new paying member and must enroll through the referral link or another tracking method specifically approved by Imagine Me. Referral credit may be denied when the new account is connected to an existing or former member, the referral cannot be reliably tracked, or the enrollment does not meet the disclosed offer requirements.
4. Credit rules
- Referral credits are promotional account credits, not cash.
- Credits may be applied only to eligible future Network membership charges.
- Annual-member credits apply to the next renewal unless the account shows another permitted use.
- Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or used to create a negative balance.
- Credits expire when required by the disclosed offer or applicable law; any expiration term will be shown before the referral is made.
5. Prohibited referral activity
- Self-referrals or referring another account owned or controlled by the same person or organization.
- Creating duplicate, false, temporary, or misleading accounts.
- Using another person’s identity, email, payment method, or business information without authorization.
- Misrepresenting the Network, its pricing, provider approval, listings, or the terms of the reward.
- Spam, harassment, misleading advertising, paid keyword bidding on Imagine Me brand names, or unlawful marketing.
- Manipulating payments, refunds, chargebacks, tracking, or credits.
6. Review, reversal, and account action
Imagine Me may delay a credit while eligibility, payment status, or suspected misuse is reviewed. A credit may be withheld or reversed if the related payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
Material abuse may result in loss of referral privileges, removal of promotional credits, suspension, or termination under the Terms of Use.
7. Changes or ending the program
Imagine Me may change, pause, or end the referral program prospectively. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes when practical or required. Qualifying credits already earned will be honored unless they resulted from error, fraud, or a violation of these terms.
8. Questions about a referral
Email info@imaginemetransition.com with the member account email and enough information to identify the referral. Do not send payment-card or bank-account numbers.
