1. How to cancel
You may cancel future automatic renewal through the account cancellation option provided when payment enrollment launches. You may also email info@imaginemetransition.com from the email connected to your membership.
Include your name, organization name if applicable, account email, and the membership you want canceled. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing period if received before the renewal is processed.
2. What happens after cancellation
- Your membership generally remains active through the end of the monthly or annual period already paid.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period after the cancellation takes effect.
- Member-only tools may become unavailable after the paid period ends.
- Provider profiles that are no longer covered by an active plan may be unpublished or returned to a nonmember public-source format, when applicable.
- Canceling an additional-location charge may unpublish that location after its paid period unless it fits within the remaining plan limit.
3. General no-proration rule
Membership fees are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated merely because a member did not use the Network, stopped using it, canceled before the end of a paid period, received fewer referrals than expected, or had a provider listing rejected, paused, or removed for failing to meet the applicable standards.
Annual memberships are commitments for the annual billing period selected at checkout. Canceling stops the next annual renewal but does not ordinarily create a partial refund for unused months.
4. When a refund may be available
A full or partial refund may be issued when:
- A duplicate or incorrect charge resulted from a billing error.
- You were charged after a timely cancellation that should have stopped renewal.
- Imagine Me approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical. Timing depends on the payment processor and financial institution.
5. Requesting a billing review
Email info@imaginemetransition.com as soon as you notice a disputed, duplicate, or incorrect charge. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not email full card or bank-account numbers.
We may request reasonable information to verify the account and transaction. Contacting us promptly gives us the best opportunity to review and correct a billing issue.
6. Failed payments and chargebacks
If a payment fails, membership access or listings may be paused while the account is brought current. Initiating a chargeback does not itself cancel future renewal; submit a cancellation request separately.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, referral manipulation, or repeated payment failures may result in account suspension, termination, loss of promotional credits, or collection of amounts lawfully owed.
7. Relationship to other policies
This policy is part of the Membership Agreement and Terms of Use. The price, billing period, and renewal information clearly shown at checkout will also apply to the purchase.
