Accurate listings build safer referral connections.

• Public-source records may be created from government or other public data. They identify their source and should be confirmed directly with the organization.
• Provider-submitted listings are supplied or managed by a participating organization and require an active qualifying membership and administrator approval.

The Network may format, categorize, shorten, or clarify submitted information while preserving its meaning and may label records so users understand their source and review status.

• Legal business or organization name and any approved public-facing name.
• Authorized contact information and authority to manage each submitted location.
• Provider type, physical location or service area, populations served, services, room type where applicable, and current availability status.
• Licensing, certification, accreditation, or exemption status described accurately without implying credentials the provider does not hold.
• Payment types, insurance or waiver participation, rates, fees, eligibility, and referral procedures when included in the profile.
• Photos and written content the provider owns or has permission to use.

Providers must not claim to be licensed, certified, accredited, approved, or affiliated unless the statement is current and supportable. When a provider is not required to hold a particular license, its listing must not suggest otherwise.

An Imagine Me review or “verified” label means only that the specifically identified information was reviewed using the process stated by the Network. It is not a government license, safety inspection, endorsement, guarantee, or substitute for a member’s own confirmation.

Housing-related listings and outreach must comply with all fair-housing and nondiscrimination laws that apply to the provider. Listings may not unlawfully discriminate because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any additional characteristic protected by applicable state or local law.

Providers must accurately describe legitimate program eligibility without using unlawful preferences, exclusions, coded language, steering, harassment, retaliation, or discriminatory screening. Providers are responsible for handling reasonable-accommodation requests as required by law.

• False, deceptive, materially incomplete, or outdated claims.
• Discriminatory language, unlawful eligibility restrictions, harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, or instructions for unsafe or illegal conduct.
• Claims of guaranteed placement, guaranteed government approval, guaranteed referrals, or guaranteed outcomes.
• Resident, patient, client, employee, or applicant confidential information.
• Misleading photos, copied content without permission, malicious links, or unrelated promotions.
• Duplicate profiles used to manipulate search or featured placement.

Imagine Me may request identity, ownership or management authority, licensing information, service descriptions, or other reasonable documentation before or after publication. Payment does not guarantee approval.

A submission may be approved, returned for changes, labeled, paused, rejected, or removed based on these standards, the Terms of Use, safety concerns, credible complaints, legal requirements, or risk to Network users.

Providers must promptly update material changes, including contact information, location status, availability, services, licensing, payment options, and eligibility. Imagine Me may periodically request reconfirmation and may mark or pause a profile that has not been updated or cannot be confirmed.

Organizations and Network users may report inaccurate, outdated, discriminatory, or concerning information by emailing info@imaginemetransition.com. Include the organization name, location, disputed information, and supporting details.

Imagine Me may temporarily limit a listing while reviewing a credible report. A listing decision does not determine whether a provider violated a law and does not replace a report to the appropriate licensing, safety, law-enforcement, or civil-rights authority.

Directory users must contact organizations directly to confirm eligibility, availability, placement, services, cost, licensing, insurance or waiver acceptance, and referral procedures. Imagine Me does not guarantee or endorse a provider merely because it appears in the Network.
